Pecan Caramel Logs .

Our Pecan Caramel Logs are made with a caramel center, dipped in more caramel, and then rolled in Georgia pecan halves.    We make them in three different size ranges: 3-1/2 ounce to 4 ounce,  7-1/2 ounce to 8-1/2 ounce,  and  11 ounce to 12 ounce.  These logs are cut and dipped by hand, so there is a bit of variation from log to log.    Packaged in a clear cello bag for home enjoyment.  The 12 ounce burgundy gift box makes a fantastic gift!
